We ship our products internationally. We will ship the product within 2 days upon receiving the orders. Typically shipping time will be 3 - 5 business days within Singapore and 7 - 14 business days for international shipping.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 7 calendar days after you received your purchase. Once delivered, the delivery and Paypal / Stripe charges are non-refundable. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it, in their original state and packaging, and undamaged in any way (Including the seal on box and mailer). Please contact our customer service here and include your invoice, date of purchase, product name, reason for return.
For Singapore orders, a collection and inspection fee of $10 will be incurred during the refund. After we collect your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase or bank transfer. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
For international orders, return the order via registered mail with a tracking number. Once we have received a confirmation that it is return to us, our team of professionals will process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase or bank transfer. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 calendar days have passed, or you have a change of mind, you will not be eligible for a refund.
In order to be eligible for an exchange, merchandise purchased in are warrant against manufacturer's fault. Defective items can be exchanged within 30 days of purchased, but must be returned in an unused condition, in their original state and packaging. In addition, merchandise sold as promotional sale items are not covered in the exchange policy. Goods sold at the Baby Fair is not exchangeable or returnable.
For any wrong item sent to you, we will provide the correct item and retrieve the incorrect item at our cost. A exchange can be provided or a refund may be processed based on customer preference. An original receipt must be produced to show proof of purchase in Singapore.
